Description

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments • Responsible for monthly security patches and product releases • Monitor operational performance of Home Care Products • Troubleshoot and maintain UAT, Stage, and Production system configurations • Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation • Troubleshoot performance production issues • Collaborate with software developers and IT staff to manage code releases • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent professional work experience • Advanced skills working with cloud technologies • Experience in software development lifecycle automation (DevOps) in GCP • Experience in Google Cloud including Cloud SQL and Cloud Run • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and the Structured Query Language • Background in Windows system administration (PowerShell) • Experience in IaC (infrastructure as code) • Network, server, and application-status monitoring • A problem-solving attitude • Perform work independently • Ability to convert vague requirements into concrete requirements • Working knowledge of Agile development and understanding of the SDLC process • Proficient in debugging applications and performance tuning • Experience in healthcare domain (preferred)
