β’ Analyze system requirements or specifications, translate them into actionable work units for the team to conceptualize, and develop high quality software using the established coding standards and development best practices β’ Mentor, teach, guide, and improve the productivity of other Software Engineers β’ Conduct system analysis and proof of concepts, with limited architect and/or leadership involvement, to determine best design or solution β’ Research and recommend software tools/frameworks/products and/or emerging technologies as needed for a solution β’ Lead and/or create architecture and/or design as needed to meet the requirements, integrate disparate systems, or manage changing technologies β’ Enforce the development of unit tests, automated tests and performance tests as needed to ensure quality, supporting general debugging and isolating areas for improvement β’ Captures and analyzes performance test metrics and provides operational documentation β’ Review appropriate documentation such as implementation manuals, support manuals/playbooks, performance testing guidelines, etc. as needed to run/support the software β’ Perform other job duties as assigned
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience β’ Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience β’ Experience in designing and developing Web-based applications using .NET, C#, Angular, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, RESTful API β’ Hands on experience with GCP β’ Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration β’ Good hands on and working knowledge of Application development and SDLC life cycle process β’ Must have excellent communication and leadership skills β’ Experience with an Agile Scrum methodology β’ Preferred: Proficient in debugging applications and performance tuning β’ Nunit, Xunit, or comparable unit testing framework β’ DevOps and SRE experience (Azure pipelines, Terraform) β’ Experience working with TypeScript and App Services β’ Experience in healthcare domain β’ Basic understanding of HL7 standards β’ Customer interaction and support skills
