Description
• Responsible for maintaining expectation and delivery alignment with customers • Drive successful customer outcomes for Sopheon/Wellspring solutions and services • Facilitate customer relationships and execute defined customer value roadmap • Coach and guide customer stakeholders for best practice advise to achieve value from Sopheon’s products and services
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or Business • Line management or team management experience with senior management interaction • Experience in dealing with C-level stakeholders • Multi-year Experience as a project/program manager • Experience in customer roles • Experience with business process analysis • Experience of leading a team • Experience in innovation management, R&D, new product development, road mapping, portfolio management, strategy management, idea management, product lifecycle management, strategic planning • Software implementation and process development experience • Experience with contract negotiations • Experience working remotely and on-site with customers • Pre-Sales experience
