• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce platform. • Define technical solutions that align with business objectives. • Ensure scalable and secure implementations. • Provide strategic direction for Salesforce initiatives. • Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements. • Oversee implementation of Salesforce applications. • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues. • Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a solutions architect role. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect) preferred. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder), Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs. • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and ETL tools. • Deep knowledge of data modeling, security, and access control in Salesforce. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Experience leading Salesforce implementations and managing stakeholder expectations.
