This role will focus on optimizing finance business processes, enhancing internal controls, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and supporting SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will also play a central role in managing cross-functional finance projects, from planning through execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance project management roles. Experience with big-4 is a plus. • Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C). • Hands-on experience with internal controls (SOX controls is a plus), documentation, and compliance processes. • Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and finance process tools (e.g., process mapping, workflow automation). • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
