At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves. • What We're Looking For: Finance Process & Project Manager to lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global finance function. This role will focus on optimizing finance business processes, enhancing internal controls, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and supporting SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will also play a central role in managing cross-functional finance projects, from planning through execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance project management roles. Experience with big-4 is a plus. • Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and key business cycles (P2P, R2R, O2C). • Hands-on experience with internal controls (SOX controls is a plus), documentation, and compliance processes. • Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and finance process tools (e.g., process mapping, workflow automation). • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
