To transform lives through intuitive nutrition trackers, powerful fitness solutions, and personalized wellness journeys. • We’re looking for a Product Growth Lead to take full ownership of our conversion funnels. • This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results. • Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel. • Mentor and lead a team of 3 Product Growth Managers.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments • Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates • Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segments • Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach • Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution • Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor—comfortable with both storytelling and spreadsheets • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience leading and developing teams is a plus
