• Development of an effective understanding of the Company’s business and services. • Promotion of Welocalize’ s competitive value and expertise in the localization industry. • Researching and analyzing industries to identify new business opportunities. • Establishing and maintaining client relationships. • Working with operations and client accounts to create account plans, RFPs, SOWs, quotes, and handle administrative details efficiently. • Collaborating with the global team to define value propositions and service offerings. • Attending industry conferences to network, acquire industry education, and sustain client relationships. • Generating profitable sales, meeting/exceeding sales targets, and managing complete sales cycle. • Prospecting, demonstrating service value, obtaining/providing territory information, and accurate planning/reporting of sales metrics. • Completing sales reporting and ensuring accurate forecasts.
• Must have Sales Experience in the legal sector (e-discovery, litigation, and IP) and demonstrate success. • Current experience with a sales quota on a monthly/yearly basis. • Sales experience in Legal Services sector or Translation/Localization space. • Understanding and proven track record working with Salesforce or related CRM. • Track record of procuring leads, closing and maintaining business, new/existing accounts. • Strong computer skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented. • Positive attitude. • Outstanding problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well with others and independently in a multicultural atmosphere. • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent work experience.
