• The Pricing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing pricing operations, and ensuring pricing accuracy across all service lines. • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. • Manage day-to-day pricing operations, including price setting, adjustments, and analytics including impact to P&Ls of pricing changes. • Be first point of contact in the business to assist with pricing related queries. • Build and maintain a data driven framework to analyze price performance, client willingness to buy and capture client feedback in a structured manner to inform pricing decisions. • Collaborate with sales, operations, talent, finance and product teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. • Support sales teams with RFP responses, acting as the main point of contact for pricing support for RFP response teams. • Monitor and ensure pricing consistency and accuracy across clients and service lines. • Assist with margin improvement exercises and identify opportunities for improvement through pricing changes. • Prepare and present pricing reports and analysis to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • MBA preferred. • Proven experience in pricing, finance, or a related field such as revenue operations, with a strong understanding of the localization business and cost and revenue drivers. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in pricing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
