Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent • At least 6-7 years of experience, ideally including 2-3 years leading teams • Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus • Good knowledge of products and agents industry/market, and good business/financial understanding • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and listening skills required • Able to gain the trust and confidence of clients • Comfortable handling multiple assignments; identify and accomplish priorities in order of importance; able to promptly adjust actions based on changing priorities
