📋 Description
• Oversee development and analysis of complex technical products • Responsible for development of custom field welding and machining tooling systems • Interface with Field Operations to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues • Document solutions to ensure configuration control • Prepare 3D models using Autodesk Inventor • Perform calculations for design validity • Conduct qualification testing and prepare data • Support Manufacturing and Assembly operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • M.S. Degree in Engineering discipline or M.B.A is preferred • Understand and application of part tolerancing for assembly and use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) • Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault or equivalent software • Experience with FEA software such as Ansys or equivalent
