• The Nuclear Company is the fastest growing startup in the nuclear and energy space creating a fleet-scale approach to building nuclear reactors. • About the role: The Senior Digital Engineer role involves leading the development and implementation of digital solutions to enhance The Nuclear Company’s engineering processes. • This position requires a deep understanding of digital engineering principles and the ability to apply them to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation. • This role will emphasize the importance of human factors engineering to optimize user experience, safety, and overall system performance. • This role reports into the Director, Digital Engineering and Technology Solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and testing distributed control systems. • 5-7 years of demonstrated proficiency in digital engineering tools and methodologies. • 5-7 years of demonstrated project management skills related to the development and implementation of digital solutions including demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams. • 5-7 years of experience in automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices. This involves setting up automated workflows, testing, and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
