📋 Description

• Support applications both during and outside business hours. • Resolve issues and Service Requests quickly and efficiently. • Support production deployments occurring on evenings and weekends. • Contribute to post-deployment application validation. • Quickly troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve any issues that arise. • Participate in and lead team conversations, meetings and feature discussions. • Design application architecture and develop performant solutions. • Perform design and code reviews to adhere to industry standards. • Deliver software that meets requirements using best practices. • Ensure code is testable and increase unit test coverage. • Review and provide meaningful feedback on requirements. • Work with internal partners and teams on initiatives and projects. • Identify performance improvements and document technical debt. • Implement strong security practices in collaboration with Security Architects. • Mentor and onboard new Software Engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience. • A minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passionate about keeping up with modern technologies and design. • Strong proficiency in Angular and/or React. • Experience building and consuming REST APIs. • Proven track record of writing comprehensive unit tests and test suites. • Strong understanding of software security principles and OWASP guidelines. • Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule. • Experience in writing performant stored procedures and functions.
