Description

• Ensure Integration Analysts have necessary knowledge, tools, and support • Lead a team of 10-15 direct report Integration Analysts • Hold scheduled individual and team touchpoints with direct reports • Communicate with team members on process changes • Clearly set expectations and hold accountability • Track and coordinate data implementation process and inquiries • Evaluate direct reports' performance and development needs • Serve as a point of contact for client/vendor escalations • Develop actions in response to feedback • Coordinate training needs with Learning and Development team • Manage staffing needs by partnering with Talent Acquisition • Maintain knowledge of Benefits and COBRA administration • Ensure accuracy of data processing across Integration Analysts teams • Communicate team on product enhancements or regulatory changes • Advocate for change on behalf of the team • Support professional career development of team members • Ensure open communication with Onboarding team and interdepartmentally

Requirements

• Prior Management/Leadership experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • Experience and knowledge in Data Interpretation, Data Movement and Data Specifications preferred • Experience in writing and maintaining procedures, monitoring accuracy and communicating appropriate employee feedback • Experience working with and understanding the Federal and State COBRA regulations, administrative processes and procedures • Experience working with and understanding the Section 125 regulations, administrative processes and procedures
