Description

•Identify strong candidates through reaching out efficiently to potential candidates •Find or create new sources of talent, looking for unique ways to source candidates •Screen candidates, serving as the filter to increase focus on interviewing best candidates •Manage pipelines for and work on filling 5-10 open roles at once •Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics with hiring manager •Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth the recruiting process •Cultivate relationships with individuals/groups, building personal relationships •Emphasize diversity, seeking traditional and creative methods to bring new viewpoints

Requirements

•6+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups, supporting engineering teams •Evaluated candidates for a range of technical roles, including technical leadership •Operating as a full-stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process •Enjoy sourcing for positions and nurturing relationships with passive talent •Comfortable moving uncomfortably fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable •Provide an incredible candidate experience, sweating the small stuff yet maintaining the big picture •Extremely organized, balancing multiple competing priorities •Data-focused, measuring pipeline health to balance priorities and set expectations
