• Monitor media for breaking news and relevant commentary • Assist with policy research and writing • Support planning and execution of events • Draft documents, press releases, pitches, memos, and presentations • Conduct first round media lists • Research and synthesize news, legislation, and guidance
Requirements
• Strong research abilities • Keen attention to detail • Excellent writing skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Previous remote work experience preferred • Major in public policy, communications, political science, or education preferred • Interest in education (early childhood and K-12) and workforce development preferred
