📋 Description

• Responsible for driving regional Fabrication and Rebar operational and sales excellence. • Responsible for the business development of the Fabrication and Rebar production and operations across the region. • Monitors and maintains efficiency in the regional fabrication operations and sales processes. • Oversees fabrication and quality control across the region. • Manages the planning and execution of the fabrication operations across the region aligned to production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals. • Oversees the implementation of safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites within the region. • Ensures consistent operational practices and safety compliance across the region. • Effectively manages inventory levels across the region through the production process. • Drives operational/sales strategies and projects across a team of Fabrication Managers to achieve KPIs and strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. • Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field. • May require certification. • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines. • Proven operational leadership with a track record of successfully managing multi-unit team in a matrix environment. • Proficiency in operational analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making. • Ability to align operational strategies with business objectives and contribute to long term planning. • Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee and execute operational projects effectively. • Deep understanding of the industry best practices and trends in operations management. • Experience in managing a P&L required. • Sales experience preferred.
