🎯 Requirements
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando procesos de búsqueda de perfiles técnicos. • Experiencia como Technical Recruiter o roles afines, ejecutando el ciclo completo de reclutamiento. • Título profesional de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Psicología o afín. • Metodologías de Recruiting 2.0. • Metodologías y prácticas de entrevistas y filtro técnico de candidatos. • Metodologías de búsqueda activa y headhunting. • Uso de ATS. • Uso de Linkedin Recruiter Lite. • Sistemas de Gestión de Personas. • Documentación y generación de reportes ejecutivos.
