Description

• Are you passionate about working with data and solving complex problems? • As a Data Developer, you’ll be a true jack-of-all-trades when it comes to data. • You'll dive into the entire data lifecycle—blending analytics, engineering, data science, quality assurance, automation, and testing. • From building pipelines to automating workflows, your work will touch every corner of our organization. • Wider Circle works with health plans and providers nationally to deliver unique community care programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent education or work experience • 3+ years of experience with Python, with demonstrated mastery of pandas for data manipulation and analysis. • 3+ years of experience with SQL. • Experience with Git and version control systems. • Familiarity with data visualization tools. • Strong knowledge of data analysis, manipulation, and visualization techniques. • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a remote environment. • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A creative mindset and a strong work ethic. • Familiarity with medical or financial data analysis. • Experience building and maintaining automated workflows. • Experience with large-scale datasets and tools like Dask. • Experience building Tableau dashboards.
