You’ll help scale our operations by enhancing our booking systems, integrating external services, and automating workflows. 🎯 Requirements

•We’re seeking a builder who is also a thinker—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and can bring a product-oriented mindset to the table. •You thrive under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. •You’re a meticulous problem solver who never lets anything slip through the cracks. You analyse data and try to understand the root cause following the first-principle thinking methodology. •You’re strategic and organised and love creating systems that empower teams to do their best work. •You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish and delivers results. •A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills in a remote-first environment. •You embrace rapid iteration and short-release cycles for customer-facing and internal tools. •You are pragmatic and balance the trade-offs between building in-house tools and integrating external services. •You are passionate about the user experience and product-driven, and you understand and deliver intuitive, user-friendly designs. •Experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to streamline workflows and optimise business processes. •Experience integrating external APIs and services: Proven ability to connect and manage third-party tools to enhance functionality and performance. •2+ years of server administration and management: Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising server environments. •2+ years of experience with database management: Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. •Hands-on experience running custom web applications: Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain live applications, ensuring stability and performance.
