Description
• Perform SBA 7a loan file reviews and report writing • Collaborate with the SBA on loan reviews • Consult with lenders on credit-related matters • Supervise and train other consultants • Manage client service projects from planning to completion
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 10 years’ experience in financial institutions or regulatory supervisory institutions • Deep understanding of SBA lending or SBA underwriting • Knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, credit policies, and portfolio management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and research solutions • Self-starter with project management experience
