Description

• Assist in providing accounting support by performing account and system reconciliation, preparing financial statements, and adjusting entries • Independently reviews client financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements • Completes non-complex and some complex account reconciliations and recording transactions • Assists with projects related to internal controls and consulting projects as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited university • 3 or more years of accounting experience • Knowledge of FedGAAP, including USSGL Budgetary and Credit Reform Accounting • Experience with internal control reviews and assessments, and business process development • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, Groupings) and Access • Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials 8.0 and above • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must pass a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
