• Wilson Hand LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leads Director to join our team. • As the Leads Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lead generation process to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and ensure the quality and quantity of leads generated. • The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in lead generation and management, with a proven track record in driving successful lead generation campaigns. • You have a deep understanding of various lead generation channels and techniques, and are skilled in using data and analytics to optimize lead generation efforts. • You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and management. • Proven track record in driving successful lead generation campaigns. • Deep understanding of various lead generation channels and techniques. • Experience with data and analytics tools to optimize lead generation efforts. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Benefits

• We offer a very competitive salary of $60,000 a year and a bonus that could match that salary. • The annual average for this role is $40,000-$60,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience.
