Description

• Windward Consulting helps clients align process, organization, information, and technology. • Seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Consultant with specialized experience in ServiceNow Security Operations. • Elevate design and implementation efforts for ServiceNow SecOps solutions, focusing on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response. • Configure and implement SIR and VR related business processes into ServiceNow. • Working knowledge of common attack vectors and general attack stages. • Design and develop enhancements for existing SIR modules and fix production issues. • Configure ServiceNow Forms, Tables, and Modules. • Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs. • Support compliance initiatives and maintain client satisfaction with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work-related experience with an emphasis on Security Operations • 2-5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and/or developing ServiceNow SecOps solutions • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or related Certified Implementation Specialist in Vulnerability Response or Security Incident response • Functional knowledge, implementation, and consulting experience of SaaS frameworks working directly with customers and clients
