Description

• 1st one-week training and on-the-job mentoring provided for all roles. • Source IT candidates daily for at least three job requirements. • Find candidates from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM daily. • Email candidates using the provided templates. • Call at least 60 candidates daily to check their interest, availability, and other details. • Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help as needed. • Data Entry into Candidate CRM. • Email potential prospects using the provided templates. • Cold calling 40 prospects daily and schedule initial meetings. • Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis. • Create job descriptions in ATS. • Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews. • Maintain submission records and follow up with clients. • Email and call candidates on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Must have Good English conversational and writing skills. • Desire to learn and motivated • Positive energy • Never give up attitude & closing skills • Ownership to work and entrepreneurship attributes.
