Description

β€’ Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, and chat β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, focusing on PBX systems and SIP trunking β€’ Assist with the installation and configuration of telecom equipment β€’ Document support processes and user interactions in our ticketing system β€’ Collaborate with senior technicians to learn and apply new skills in networking or software development β€’ Occasional off-hours support is required

Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a helpdesk role, particularly in telecommunications β€’ Familiarity with PBX systems and SIP trunking technology is preferred β€’ Basic knowledge of networking concepts and programming languages is a plus β€’ Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude β€’ Eagerness to learn and develop skills in network engineering or software development
