• Proven experience in creating and launching products, particularly web and mobile applications within the financial domain, retail banking solutions, budgeting apps, payment products, or wallets is a significant plus. • Deep understanding of APIs, software architecture, and mobile/web development practices. • Demonstrated ability to guide a product from ideation to market launch, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. • Proficiency in creating clear, detailed technical documentation, including user stories, workflows, and system diagrams (UML, BPMN). • Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions that align with both business and user goals. • Understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. • Knowledge of how design impacts user engagement and overall product success. • Strong understanding of SDLC and various software development methodologies. • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and prototyping tools. • Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, making informed decisions that balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business objectives. • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
