Description

• We are seeking a Product Owner with a passion for process improvement and technology • The Product Owner is on the Agile team and is primarily responsible for ensuring the development team is aligned • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Participates in all phases of the product roadmap • Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and the team to define and prioritize features • Understanding the needs of our customers and continuously seeking feedback • Coordinates with design, product management, and architecture teams to capture requirements • Partners with internal teams to solve problems and identify trends/opportunities • Collaborate with architects, designers, developers, and QA teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, computer science) required • Advanced degree preferred • 3+ years of data analytics experience • 2+ years of Product Owner experience • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with the technical aspects of the product lifecycle
