Description

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather and document business requirements • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of financial systems • Ensure accurate and efficient data integration, migration, and reporting • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline financial processes • Lead and participate in project planning activities • Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Manage partner vendors to monitor and maintain solutions • Monitor and refine KPIs to ensure targets are met

Requirements

• 4-year college, Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology • 4 years' experience in related field • Proven experience in a similar role • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics • Demonstrated ability to answer technical questions for non-technical users • Demonstrated resourcefulness to see tasks and initiatives through to completion
