Description
• Wisetack is looking for an operations leader, with experience in fraud, to guide our Risk Operations Team. • The manager will stay one step ahead of fraudsters by devising fraud prevention, detection and monitoring strategies. • Work cross-functionally to improve and optimize processes that make our entire organization faster. • Coach and guide a high-performing team eager to grow.
Requirements
• 5+ years of financial fraud investigation experience • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience • Experience creating policy and goals for credit and fraud operations teams to align with • Expert understanding of Know Your Customer, Know Your Business and Anti-Money Laundering requirements, policies, and laws • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to own projects from start to finish, from ideation and brainstorming to implementation and monitoring • Ability to motivate and lead employees
