β€’ Wisetack is looking for an operations leader, with experience in fraud, to guide our Risk Operations Team. β€’ The manager will stay one step ahead of fraudsters by devising fraud prevention, detection and monitoring strategies. β€’ Work cross-functionally to improve and optimize processes that make our entire organization faster. β€’ Coach and guide a high-performing team eager to grow.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of financial fraud investigation experience β€’ Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience β€’ Experience creating policy and goals for credit and fraud operations teams to align with β€’ Expert understanding of Know Your Customer, Know Your Business and Anti-Money Laundering requirements, policies, and laws β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills β€’ Ability to own projects from start to finish, from ideation and brainstorming to implementation and monitoring β€’ Ability to motivate and lead employees
