Description

• As a Sales Engineer at WitnessAI, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers and our sales, product, and engineering teams. • Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical expertise during the sales process, assisting with product deployment, and ensuring our firewall solutions meet the security needs of our clients. • This role requires a deep understanding of both sales and technical aspects, particularly in the areas of network security and product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or in a similar technical role with a strong focus on customer interaction. • Strong understanding of network security, including experience configuring firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and other security technologies. • Hands-on experience with product deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during product deployment. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development. • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Proxy, Firewalls, CASB, SIEM • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus. • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
