• Join a company reinventing cloud security and empower businesses to thrive. • Develop and deliver high-impact learning experiences for the sales team. • Create engaging training programs that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth. • Design and develop sales enablement training, including eLearning and workshops. • Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify training needs. • Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted learning strategies. • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and refine content continuously. • Manage training delivery through learning management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, organizational development, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in training and enablement, specifically within sales enablement at a SaaS company. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. • Proven ability to create high-impact learning content that resonates with sales professionals and drives measurable behavior change. • Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate RISE, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.) and multimedia creation tools. • Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms and understanding of data-driven enablement strategies. • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, especially for sales training (e.g., role play, scenario-based learning). • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
