• This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive and high-functioning legal team near the start of our growth curve • We are seeking a Legal Operations Administrator for our growing legal team • You will work side-by-side with our Head of Legal Operations and will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative services and assisting with automating processes. • You will also support our knowledge management initiatives and reporting processes • This is a generalist role that involves supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by the legal team. • You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a legal environment and administrative background • Familiarity with legal terminology and agreement structures • Strong “business-friendly” style that comes with an understanding that the legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business • Particularly high level of attention to detail and organization, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, as well as the ability to retain and apply knowledge • Ability to work independently on a remote basis and as a member of a team • Proficient in business applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, document management systems, and contract lifecycle management systems. • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and Ironclad are an advantage
