Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Experience with Salesforce administration and familiarity with Salesforce configuration options, data models, and basic Salesforce automation tools (e.g., workflow rules, process builder). • Experience with self-managing caseloads. • Basic understanding of CRM principles, data management practices, and database structure. • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding complex systems and processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with team members across departments. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to data entry, data management, and creating and maintaining documentation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies. • A strong team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with others, share insights, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices. • Experience in customer service, with the ability to empathize with users, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
