🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related fields. • Proven track record of optimising AI, automation, and productivity tools within GTM organisations. • Expertise in AI-driven sales enablement, workflow automation, and process architecture. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, Gong, Aviso, and other GTM platforms. • Ability to translate complex systems and workflows into digestible, actionable frameworks. • Experience driving change management and adoption of new technologies within a fast-paced organisation. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
