Description

• The core mission of the Sr. Paid Social Media Buyer is to scale and optimize our Client ad accounts based on their North Star Goal. • You will also craft the high-level strategy needs for your Clients to be successful. • In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Growth & WKND Partner, Grayson Cross. • Are you looking to optimize ad accounts with $100k-$500k/mo. in ad spend? • WKND Digital, the fastest growing Direct-To-Consumer Digital Marketing Agency in the USA, is looking for a Sr. Paid Social Media Buyer. • Our Culture: We are an internationally distributed workforce. • This is not a typical 9 to 5 culture. • We are a bootstrapped company, so we do more with less. • You’ll join a company with almost all high performers. • You will receive comprehensive coaching to help you assimilate smoothly into WKND Digital.

Requirements

• Understanding customer behaviors • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines • A strategic and analytical thinker who follows through to execution with unyielding attention to details • Data-driven and results-oriented • Positive “can-do” attitude to get things done • Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills • Strong understanding of the DTC marketplace • Strong listening skills to understand clients' visible and invisible needs • Experience in multiple FB Ad Accounts • Less than 3 years of e-comm marketing experience
