🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ Years of Email & SMS Marketing Experience Hands-on experience in Retention Marketing or Digital Marketing environments. • Platform Proficiency Familiarity with Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or equivalent ESP/SMS platforms. • Basic Segmentation & Automation Knowledge Understanding of customer flows, automated journeys, and personalization strategies. • Testing & Deliverability Best Practices Experience with A/B testing, email deliverability fundamentals, and compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM). • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Skilled in balancing various client priorities within tight timelines. • Strong Communication Skills Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear updates to clients or stakeholders.
