🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required). • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in paid social (required), with a deep understanding of paid acquisition and media buying strategies. • Proven ability to scale campaigns, manage substantial budgets, and consistently meet or exceed key performance targets. • Technical Skills: Highly knowledgeable in bidding and targeting automation tools; proficient in Google Analytics and other ad management/testing platforms. • Soft Skills: Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively.
