📋 Description

• Own and manage relationships with Enterprise & Mid-Market financial clients, ensuring high engagement, retention, and expansion. • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our platform by integrating AI-driven insights into their investment and research workflows. • Leverage data-driven insights to track customer usage, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and drive renewals & expansions. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer needs with our product roadmap. • Customer Engagement & Success: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and continued value realization. • Account Growth & Retention: Drive engagements, renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn by providing high-impact insights and best practices. • Strategic Consulting: Guide clients—Private Equity firms, Investment Banks, and Asset Managers—on how to integrate AI-driven intelligence into their workflows. • Proactive Issue Resolution: Actively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor for investment research professionals. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key usage metrics like NRR, churn, and engagement, and use analytics to optimize customer success strategies. • Market & Product Feedback Loop: Work with internal teams to ensure our product continuously evolves to meet the needs of the investment research industry.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA from a Top-tier institute is mandatory. • 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in Financial services including Enterprise Account Management, Investment Research, Financial Services, or Fintech is preferred. • Strong understanding of investment research, financial modelling, and capital markets. • Ability to leverage analytics tools to monitor client engagement and boost platform adoption. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in guiding senior stakeholders and investment professionals. • Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools, Customer Success software, and MS Office.
