Description

• Manage and optimize Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops at Wonderlic. • Oversee RevOps tech stack and streamline processes for efficiency. • Develop training processes and dashboards for data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong focus on Customer Success. • Expertise in Salesforce administration and familiarity with SaaS sales acceleration tools. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook and SharePoint. • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support end-users. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
