• Manage hazardous building materials projects including inspections and abatements • Client communications and proposal preparations • Coordinate subcontractors and conduct building material surveys • Perform quality control and report writing • Travel to job sites and work 50% out of office
• Minimum of 10 years experience in asbestos and hazardous building materials projects • Preferred: Asbestos Inspector certification in Massachusetts and other New England States • Preferred: Asbestos Project Designer or Management Planner certification • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in environmental science or related field preferred • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail for reports and documentation • Experience managing costs and project administration • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
