Description

• Manages complex engineering, planning, or scientific work for clients • Provides strategic leadership internally to complete projects with diverse project teams • Leads discipline coordination on large, complex water resources projects • Engages in staff development and mentoring • Fosters and maintains one-on-one relationships with key external clients • Provides mentoring in area(s) of expertise to staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of professional work experience managing water resources projects or equivalent demonstrated competency • Experience in program and project concept development, municipal water clients, hydrology, supply, and demand forecasting and management, and more • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and strong organization skills • Superior writing, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to interface with co-workers, project staff, various clients, and government agencies
