Requirements

• 10-15 years of engineering experience. • A B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or an M.S. Degree is preferred. • Registered Professional Engineer in California • The successful candidate will have technical and project delivery expertise in civil and environmental engineering and an in-depth understanding of the engineering concepts associated with all types of municipal water and wastewater systems, including water supply and treatment processes and distribution and collection systems infrastructure. • Knowledgeable in state bidding laws and funding programs. • Up to date on the latest technological advances, regulatory trends, equipment, and processes. • Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills.
