β’ Wordwall's mission is to simplify the lives of teachers by providing an easy-to-use platform for creating interactive games and worksheets. β’ We automate the resource design process, allowing educators to focus on delivering engaging content to their students effortlessly. β’ With over 30 interactive templates, Wordwall facilitates dynamic and tailored learning experiences. β’ We are originally a UK-based company, but we have colleagues all across the world and work fully remotely. β’ Assist customers in navigating the Wordwall website by responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support through email. β’ Effectively address billing and invoicing inquiries. β’ Record and communicate customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement. β’ Coordinate and deliver an individual project; recently weβve had help centre maintenance, teacher training, school licence renewals and product testing.
β’ Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience as an international-facing customer service agent β’ College/university degree β’ Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level) β’ Proven ability to work independently in a remote role β’ Strong attention to detail and organization β’ Proficient in IT office skills with the ability to troubleshoot simple IT problems β’ Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment β’ Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including some unsocial hours β’ Supervisory or team leader experience in a customer service environment β’ Teaching experience β’ Has work experience in languages outside your native tongue
