• Workana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America. • Our client is transforming the data landscape with cutting-edge cloud-based solutions. • As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. • You will be responsible for implementing custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations to enhance system performance and automation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. • Ensure best practices in governance, scalability, and performance tuning. • Provide mentorship and code reviews to junior developers to drive technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development on the Force.com platform. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required) • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Triggers). • Strong background in full-stack development, including frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js) technologies. • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, Heroku, or middleware tools. • Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub/GitLab), and automated deployments. • Familiarity with data management, ETL tools (Informatica, dbt), and reporting (Tableau, Einstein Analytics). • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, RBAC, and compliance best practices. • Ability to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and maintainability. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
