Description

•Workana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America. •Our new segment Workana Premium focuses on matching exceptional professionals with leading companies. •Join our team as a Technical Recruiter. •Play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. •Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates. •The job is fully remote. •Location: LATAM, Central America, Mexico. •Collaborate with clients to identify recruitment needs and job requirements. •Develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent. •Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. •Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. •Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs. •Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices. •Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

•Must have: Strong knowledge of technical domains, with education and/or experience in computer engineering or similar •3+ years of experience in the tech domain and wanting to pursue business/management path (software engineer, pre-sales engineer, tech lead / engineering manager, project manager and similar) OR 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and similar roles •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates. •Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously. •Ability to assess technical skills through preliminary conversations
