• 2+ years of experience in recruitment positions • Ability to manage job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews effectively. • Proficient in reaching out to applicants and conveying job details, as well as providing feedback to candidates and clients. • Ability to assess job descriptions for clarity and comprehensiveness regarding role requirements, skills, and qualifications. • Skilled in using design software to professionally format job descriptions and resumes. • Ensure the accuracy and professional presentation of job descriptions and resumes. • Monitor and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely progression of deals and updating candidate status as needed.
