📋 Description
• Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results • Become an expert on the US Federal specific Workday functionality, configuration, and technology • Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ integration needs • Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements • Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success • Engage with other members of the US Federal consulting team and Workday Solutions Enablement to identify areas for improvement and lead internal initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience in a US Federal government setting • 6+ years of experience in a technical role • 4+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience in a US Federal government setting • 4+ years of experience in a technical role • Demonstrated commitment to supporting the fun and diverse workplace that is part of Workday’s VIBE culture • Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation • Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions for customers • Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production • Advanced skills with Workday integration technologies such as Workday Studio and Orchestrate • Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification • Ability to travel up to 25%
