📋 Description
• Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. • Deliver of relevant technical platform and product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars • Support all sales, marketing, partner, technical and channel objectives • Effectively leverages comprehensive product understanding to address customer needs and articulate value.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of HCM domain expertise and experience across HCM functions such as HR, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning and 3+ years in Payroll required • 3+ years ERP experience ideally from a Presales, Implementation, or Consulting • Strong demo to value messaging with presenting solutions • Federal industry experience is a differentiator • Cultural alignment to Workday core's values of Employees, Innovation, Integrity, Customer Service, Fun and Profitability
