Description

• Design and enhance user interfaces for job seekers and employers • Collaborate closely with product and tech teams • Create and optimize high-quality, responsive UI designs and interactive prototypes • Conduct user research and usability testing • Partner with cross-functional teams • Contribute to the design system for consistency across products • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Requirements

• 3-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or similar industries is a plus • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Familiarity with component libraries and design systems is highly desirable • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive design decisions • Proficiency in English is required, with German language skills highly valued
