• Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten, einschließlich der Leitung von Projekten • Prozessoptimierung: Eigenverantwortliche Analyse, Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen zur Digitalisierung der Lagerlogistik • Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Verantwortung für das Reengineering von Geschäftsprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen • Systemintegration: Organisatorische und technische Umsetzung von lagerlogistischen Geschäftslösungen auf Basis von SAP EWM • Teamführung und Wissenstransfer: Unterstützung neuer Kolleg:innen durch Wissenstransfer und aktive Förderung ihrer Entwicklung.
🎯 Requirements
• Fundierte Erfahrung als Consultant im Supply-Chain-Management-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Implementierung und im Customizing von Lagerprozessen auf Basis von SAP EWM • Expertise in der Integration von Materialflusssystemen sowie idealerweise Projekterfahrung im Bereich EWM-MFS • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in EWM-Kernprozessen sowie in Technologien wie mobilem Datenfunk, Fiori, SAP UI5 und Digitalisierung/IoT • sehr gut Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, hohe Eigeninitiative und Motivation, innovative Ansätze in der Lösungsfindung.
